Westonia Cemetery

The Shire of Westonia is responsible for maintaining the cemetery in the town site and work with local funeral directors and families for cemetery-related services including burial and cremated remains interments; and Ordering and placement of plaques. Westonia Cemetery is located on Wolfram Street, Westonia

The Shire of Westonia can advise on:

• Purchase of graves for burials
• Sinking of graves and re-openings
• Permission to erect headstones, monuments or kerbing
• Internment of ashes
• Grave reservations
• Niche reservations
• Plaques

For all our queries relating to funerals or burials at our cemetery, please contact the Shire Offices on (08) 9046 7063 or Email shire@westonia.wa.gov.au , however it should be noted that the Funeral Home of your choosing will contact us with the information you have provided to them and arrangements will be organised on your behalf. The funeral director will assist with all forms and fees, which will be included in the funeral home expense and paid to the Shire on your behalf.
