Westonia Gallery Café
Westonia Gallery Café is located in the main street of Westonia. It is the only original remaining shop built by a miner in 1916. The shop has been home to a general store, Chrysler & Buick dealer, newsagency/store, Westonia Agencies, Westonia Hardware and possibly many other businesses during its lifetime.
The gallery showcases art, photography, glassware & dichroic jewellery, handcrafted artisan items and other jewellery, including silver, opals, pearls & semi-precious stones in addition to giftware and handmade cards. There are fair trade products that vary from time to time and country to country.
The café boasts barista coffee, roasted in the Swan Valley of Western Australia, selected teas, freshly brewed chai latte, old fashioned ice cream sodas, milkshakes and juices. Treat yourself to one of our Devonshire teas, high teas or our popular tarts, muffins or other café fare. Enjoy them in the gallery space or our garden which is open in autumn and spring, according to the weather. Take home coffee beans from the same roast as our coffee, locally made preserves, nuts, olive oil or other locally produced gourmet products.
